Return & Refund Policy

When you place an order through Rintang, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our guidelines are designed to ensure clarity on our return, refund, and exchange procedures for orders within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused or unworn, in its original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

B. NO RETURN LABEL?
If you didn’t receive a return label in your package, don’t worry. Simply contact us at support@rintang.com and we’ll assist you in setting up your return or exchange.

C. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To begin the return process, email us at support@rintang.com with the following details:

  • Your order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (such as a screenshot of your order details)

  • The reason for your return

  • If applicable, include photos or a video showing any defects or damage.

After we verify your return request—typically within 24 hours—you will receive an email confirmation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that it might take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

D. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Exchanges are provided only for items that are defective, mistakenly shipped, or delivered in the wrong size. For such issues, please get in touch with us at support@rintang.com.

E. EXCHANGES
We will only exchange products that are defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. Contact us at support@rintang.com to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by us.

F. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing times with your bank or credit card provider may vary.

G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible, as the order might already be in production. Please verify that your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering; incorrect delivery information is the customer’s responsibility.
